Immerso nella campagna Toscana , il podere Biricocolo costruito agli inizi del 1800, si trova a 20 minuti da Siena e 30 minuti da Arezzo, a soli 10 km dagli stabilimenti termali di Rapolano Terme La superstrada Siena-Bettolle è a soli 4 km. .Grazie alla posizione centrale, si raggiungono rapidamente la zona del Chianti Classico, delle Crete Senesi, della Val d’Orcia e della Valdambra.

L’appartamento indipendente di 70 mq , con doppio ingresso sia dalla cucina che dal soggiorno, è adatto a due ospiti + un terzo con sistemazione nella poltrona letto, si trova al piano terra, proprio sotto la nostra abitazione ed è dotato di aria condizionata, biancheria e tutto il necessario per la cucina. Gli altri 8 appartamenti sono ancora in ristrutturazione e col tempo diventeranno abitazioni private. Potrete così passare una vacanza direttamente a contatto con la nostra famiglia, non trattandosi di una struttura turistica.

Provenendo da sud uscita VALDICHIANA della A1 per poi proseguire sulla Siena Bettolle direzione Siena e uscita Colonna del Grillo.

Provenendo dal nord uscita IMPRUNETA della A1 per poi proseguire sulla Firenze-Siena direzione Arezzo e uscita Colonna del Grillo.

Surrounded by the Tuscan hills,the Podere Biricocolo was built in the early IXX century. It is located 20 minutes from Siena, 30 minutes from Arezzo and just 10 km from the SPA in Rapolano Terme and only 4 km from the Siena-Bettolle Speedway.Its central location is strategic for quickly reaching the areas of Chianti, Crete Senesi, Val d’Orcia and Valdambra. The independent 70 m2 apartment, with double entrance from both the kitchen and the living room, is suitable for two guests + a third with accommodation in the sofa bed, is located on the ground floor, right below our house and is equipped with air conditioning, linen and everything you need for the kitchen

The other 8 apartments are still under renovation and will become private homes over time.You will experience a holiday directly in contact with our family, as it is not a tourist structure.

Coming from the south, take the VALDICHIANA exit on the A1 and then continue on the Siena Bettolle towards Siena and take the Colonna del Grillo exit. Coming from the north, take the IMPRUNETA exit on the A1 and then continue on the Firenze-Siena towards Arezzo and take the Colonna del Grillo exit.
